LetsVPN scam alert: refund still not paid for unusable service.
This page summarizes my experience as a LetsVPN customer after the VPN stopped working for me in China, while my subscription continued and my refund timeline remained unclear. This page will stay online until the refund is completed.
What happened
I subscribed to LetsVPN expecting the service to work reliably in China. Around March 30, 2026, I was told the issue would be fixed. However, the service remained unusable for me after that point.
Despite this, I continued paying for roughly 50–60 days without being able to properly use the VPN service.
Timeline
The issue
- The service was unusable for me in China for a long period.
- I kept paying while the service did not work.
- They kept announcing that service would return soon, but it did not.
- By mid-May 2026, users were told China service would not return.
- Based on their own refund email about high refund volume, my view is they accepted too many users without being ready for this failure.
- Their email says the refund time is uncertain, with no clear date or guaranteed timeframe.
- As a customer, I do not think an undefined refund timeline is reasonable.

What I am asking for
I am asking LetsVPN to process my refund promptly and provide a clear written confirmation once it has been completed.
For LetsVPN case verification only: customer ID 289076058.
This page will not be removed before the refund is completed. Until then, it will remain publicly available and indexed under LetsVPN-related search terms as a factual record of my customer experience.
